As this year comes to a close, we’re thrilled to share a moment that reflects the strength, creativity, and collective impact of the entire WIPA community. This season brings exciting recognition not just for a few individuals, but for the culture of excellence that WIPA members across the country embody every day.
We are proud to celebrate several of our National Board leaders as well as WIPA members who have been named to the Eventex Powerlist: The 50 Most Influential Wedding Professionals for 2025, a prestigious global honor recognizing those who are shaping the future of the industry. Founded in 2009, Eventex Awards has become one of the most respected symbols of excellence in the global events and experience marketing industry. Each year, the Eventex Powerlist spotlights individuals who are pushing the industry forward through creative excellence, innovation, top-quality service, and meaningful impact. This year alone, more than 2,250 individuals from 79 countries were nominated, generating over 21,000 votes, making this recognition especially significant.
At WIPA, we know that success in weddings and events is never achieved alone. It takes collaboration, leadership, mentorship, and a shared commitment to elevating the industry. While we proudly celebrate our recognized WIPA members (Ashley Allan, Jacqueline Vizcaino, Kevin Dennis, Mark Addington, Meghan Ely and Tionna Van Gundy), their achievements are a reflection of something much bigger, the passion, professionalism, and influence of WIPA members everywhere.
