Road To Chapter In Formation

Step #1

Become a WIPA Member if you’re not one already. You should be an Individual Member or Corporate Member. Here’s the link to join: https://wipa.org/become-a-member/

Step #2

Fill out WIPA’s Chapter Inquiry Form. Here’s a link to that inquiry form: https://wipa.org/chapter-formation-interest/

Step #3

Discovery Call with DCF (WIPA Director of Chapter Formation). You will be provided with a Chapter In Formation toolkit.

Step #4

You will form a “Formation Group” of 10-12 people with a mix of disciplines and diversity.

Step #5

WIPA’s National Board of Directors will grant approval for a new chapter, there will be some paperwork, recruit more members and the host a Town Hall

Step #6

Once a minimum number of members has been reached, an affiliate agreement will be signed. Chapter status will be achieved.
A New WIPA Chapter Is Born
