WIPA Cleveland’s Global Fusion Event Where culture meets community

In an industry built on celebrating people, there’s something meaningful about taking the time to understand the perspectives that shape them. Global Fusion is an opportunity to bring culture, creativity, and community together in a way that feels both inspiring and grounding—an interactive experience you’re meant to be part of.

Held at Tenk West Bank and brought to life by an incredible team of creative partners, Global Fusion is designed to spark connection and leave you feeling inspired, with an afternoon shaped by globally inspired cuisine, interactive workshops, a live Baraat demonstration, and a keynote focused on real, actionable inclusion in business.

This is your invitation to step into something we can all be part of, and we’re looking forward to experiencing it together.
Both members and non-members are invited to be part of this shared experience!

MEET THE EDUCATOR:

We are thrilled to welcome De Evans as our educator for Global Fusion!

De Evans is the founder of De Evans Events and WIPA’s National Director of DEIB. She is known for producing boldly personalized, highly curated celebrations that center style and story, creating experiences that feel both elevated and inclusive.

With a background in large scale event production, De brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to her work, one that blends creativity with purpose and ensures every experience reflects the people at the center of it.

EDUCATION TOPIC:

The Art of Inclusion: Building a DEI Strategy Tailored to Your Business

In this session, De will guide attendees through what it looks like to build inclusion into the foundation of your business, not as a trend, but as a thoughtful, sustainable approach that shapes how you serve, design, and lead.

The goal is not perfection, but intention. Creating a business that reflects your values while delivering meaningful, inclusive experiences for every client.
