The Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA) is proud to announce its first-ever National Conference taking place on August 9–11, 2026, in Frisco, Texas, and we are now accepting speaker submissions.
This inaugural conference marks a defining moment for WIPA and for the wedding industry. Our goal is to create a diverse, inclusive, and high-quality educational program that reflects the breadth of voices and experiences within our industry. We are planning an experience designed to Meet, Innovate, and Elevate; setting a new standard for professional education, collaboration, and leadership within the wedding industry.
We invite engaging speakers who are industry innovators, subject-matter experts, educators, business strategists, creative partners, and wedding industry professionalsto submit proposals that deliver practical, execution-ready strategies designed for real-world applications.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We welcome proposals from:
- Wedding industry professionals
- Creative partners (designers, florists, photographers, caterers, venues)
- Business strategists, marketers, educators, and coaches
- Industry innovators, thought leaders, and disruptors
Suggested topics include (but are not limited to):
- Business growth, scaling, and sustainability
- Pricing, profitability, and financial literacy
- Client experience and relationship management
- Marketing, branding, and social media strategy
- Leadership, team development, and company culture
- Design innovation and experiential trends
- Inclusivity, accessibility, and evolving client expectations
- Wellness, burnout prevention, and work-life integration
Proposals may include:
- Educational breakouts

- Case studies or peer-led conversations
Sessions should be practical, actionable, and relevant to today’s wedding industry professionals.
