We are excited to introduce you to our WIPA San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Board of Directors. These Directors are esteemed professionals whose passion for our industry is evident in the work they produce. Their presence in the San Francisco Bay Area will allow the growth of WIPA so we can continue to bring new standards, education and sense of community to all wedding professionals.

The recent events on Maui have left many of our Hawaiian colleagues devastated, having lost their homes, offices, pets, and even neighbors. The level of destruction and loss in Lahaina is staggering, with over 30 event professionals having lost their homes. In light of this situation, WIPA SFBA is committing $10 from each ticket sale for our September event to be donated to the SEARCH Foundation in an effort to support them in providing aid to our colleagues on Maui.

The SEARCH Foundation’s sole mission is to provide aid to event professionals during times of crisis. They possess a robust framework to ensure ethical fund distribution and are best equipped within our industry to handle such situations.
