WIPA policies are in place with an effort to define how orders and/or payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe are filled and processed.

We ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all feedback about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our membership and event registration policy and the rules and guidelines relating to any refunds for services purchased from WIPA. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for any refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

WIPA aims to provide efficient and clear service for members and non-members of our association. Below is a high-level overview of our fulfillment process:

Refunds

• Membership: a membership may be refunded if WIPA declines a membership application minus our non-refundable application/processing fee.
• Event Registration: a registration may be refunded if a customer is overcharged or due to a system error. In other circumstances registration tickets are traded with other attendees at the discretion of the WIPA Chapter.  If an event is cancelled by WIPA, a full refund will be granted.

Exceptions 

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

• You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
• You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
• You received the service/product and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the receipt

How to make a complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to info@wipa.org stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
