Upgrading from Individual to Corporate. You can upgrade in the middle of your membership greater than 90 days from expiration date with just the difference in cost. If less than 90 days from expiration, you can renew and upgrade at the same time. Memberships cannot be downgraded in level – you will have to re-apply.

Once invoice is paid, a welcome message and login information will be sent to you secondary member.

Individual: Change Information

You can request a change of email or username. Your password can be reset from the login page. This membership is not transferable and travels with the membership owner, should you change companies. You can request a company name change but you will need to submit a new business license and proof of insurance for the company name change.
