WIPA Gives Back By Supporting SEARCH Foundation's Fundraising for Event Professionals Impacted by the Maui Wildfires


In response to this crisis, WIPA chapters from coast to coast united to support the SEARCH Foundation’s fundraising efforts. To date, WIPA leaders, members and Chapter event attendees have contributed over $5,000 in relief funds for SEARCH. We acknowledge that the SEARCH Foundation is renowned for its commitment to helping event professionals during times of crisis, and this collaboration underscores the power of the our industry to make a positive impact in the face of adversity.
We couldn’t do what we do without the support of event companies, organizations and industry individuals, along with the donors of the SEARCH100. Following the wildfires in Maui we quickly reacted with immediate funding to dozens of industry individuals in need in the most devastated areas to the tune of $150,000. This is what we are here for and since 1997 we have funded 100% of qualified cases.
